Job Description:

Join a dedicated team as a physical therapist working in home health settings near Lake County. This role involves traveling across the coverage area, providing visits typically ranging from 4 to 6 per day. Your responsibilities include developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with patients to promote recovery and mobility. The assignment offers a balanced schedule with Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm shifts, and includes a rotational weekend visit, along with coverage for one major and one minor holiday. This placement is ideal for a therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience and the ability to commit to 13 weeks of service, earning $85 per hour plus IRS mileage reimbursement. Expect to work approximately 40 hours weekly, with guaranteed hours and opportunities to make a real difference in patients' lives while experiencing a dynamic travel environment.
