Job Description:

Join the Burn Trauma ICU team at Medical City Plano, where you'll work in a specialized setting dedicated to critical burn and trauma cases. This 13-week travel assignment offers a chance to hone your skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on complex wound care, codes, and advanced ICU procedures. The shift is 12-hour nights, providing a rhythm that's perfect for night owls. Expect to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of highly trained professionals managing patient ratios of 2:1 in the ICU and 4:1 in the PCU. Your expertise in trauma, burn, or surgical ICU work, along with certifications like RN and possibly CCRN, will be essential. This role is tailored for critical thinkers comfortable with advanced equipment and procedures, offering a unique opportunity to develop specialized ICU experience while making a real impact in patient recovery.
