Job Description:

Join an adult acute care unit in a respected hospital for a 26-week travel RN contract as a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nurse. This role offers a chance to work primarily on night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), caring for adult patients with diverse medical conditions including cardiac, neuro, renal, infectious disease, and pulmonary issues. Your responsibilities will include coordinating direct patient care and providing education, with a typical ratio of 1 nurse to 5 patients. The assignment is ideal for experienced nurses seeking a winter-inclusive contract, with certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required. First-time travelers are welcome, but local candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
