Job Description:

Join a specialized respiratory therapy team at a prominent children's hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina, for a 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts. This role offers an engaging opportunity to provide critical ventilation support to neonatal and pediatric patients, utilizing advanced technology such as ventilators and NIPPV. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of pediatric-focused respiratory therapy experience, including ventilator management and work within pediatric intensive or general medical units. This assignment stands out for its dedicated pediatric patient population, with no floating outside the specialty, and an orientation that ensures smooth integration into this dynamic environment.

Location: Charlotte, NC
Shift: 12-hour nights, 0645-1915 or 1845-0715
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week, including every other weekend rotation and work during approximately 75% of holidays. RTO (time off request) approval available for up to 6 days, excluding holidays.
Hourly Rate: $2,066.53 gross per week
