Job Description:

Join a reputable Level 3 NICU at a vibrant hospital in Philadelphia for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves caring for critically ill neonates with a variety of respiratory support devices, including ventilators, CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, and nitric oxide therapy. You will work 12-hour night shifts, providing essential bedside support in a team-focused environment. The unit features 41 beds, accommodating a mix of single, double, and triple rooms, with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1 or 1:2, which may increase during low acuity periods. Your expertise in neonatal care, including the ability to manage complex cases but excluding surgical and cardiac procedures, will be vital in delivering quality care.
