Job Description:

This NICU Level 3b assignment in Oxnard offers a unique opportunity to work with a specialized team caring for a diverse range of neonatal patients, from preemies to full-term infants. The role involves providing direct neonatal support during 12-hour night shifts, with responsibilities including transfer of patients for surgery, attending deliveries when possible, and managing complex cases like sepsis and cooling therapy. Experience with ventilators such as Aveya, bubble CPAP, Vapotherm, and oscillator is essential, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an environment that often requires swift, expert responses to urgent situations. The facility emphasizes collaborative care, with an emphasis on patient safety and family-centered support, all within a unit staffed by experienced neonatologists and a dedicated team.
