Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract presents a unique opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to step into a vibrant clinical setting, focusing on patient-centered care across all phases of health management. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patients receive comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and follow-up services. This role emphasizes the full scope of nursing practice, with responsibilities including patient assessment, education, triage, and care coordination. The environment may require floating between Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units, offering variety and the chance to broaden your clinical skills. Expect a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, with ratios typically ranging from 1:4-5 on days and 1:5-6 on nights. Navy Blue scrubs are to be worn as part of your professional attire.
