Job Description:

This travel nursing assignment places you in a 10-bed Critical Access Hospital in Webster, South Dakota, working in med/surg, outpatient, and emergency department settings. The role involves collaborating with fellow RNs to deliver comprehensive patient care through procedures like IV starts, Foley catheterization, and telemetry monitoring using Philips central monitors and Lifepak 15 units. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts for an estimated 36 hours per week over a 13-week period. You will adapt to rotating between units, with a crucial role in ER charge nurse responsibilities if certified, and floating across departments as needed. This assignment offers the chance to experience rural healthcare delivery firsthand while utilizing your critical access hospital expertise and certifications, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
