Job Description:

This contract opportunity as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Rooms involves supporting a busy surgical department with four ORs and a dedicated procedure room. The role requires circulating for a variety of case types, including gynecology, plastics, vascular, laparoscopic, oncology, genitourinary, robotics, urology, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, endoscopy, and more. You will work day shifts, with scheduled hours of 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 2:45 PM – 7:15 AM, or 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, on a schedule that cycles every 8 weeks. Expect to assist with an average of 25-45 cases per day and be prepared to handle responsibilities such as EPIC documentation, medication dispensing via Pyxis, and working with Alaris pumps. Prior experience with Da Vinci Xi robotic systems and EPIC is required. The assignment lasts for 13 weeks, with an estimated gross weekly pay of $2,047.34. This role offers a mix of technical support and patient-facing procedures, providing a chance to deepen your surgical nursing expertise in a fast-paced setting.
