Job Description:

Join a dedicated Med Surg Tele/PCU unit in Prescott Valley, AZ, for a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour day shifts. This role is perfect for experienced Registered Nurses who excel at interpreting telemetry and managing a variety of adult patients, including post-surgical cases, infections, and respiratory conditions. You'll be responsible for caring for patients with MRSA, C-diff, COPD, pneumonia, and COVID, with the added challenge of interpreting telemetry strips and potentially precepting nursing students. Be prepared to pass a dysrhythmia exam upon hire, and to work within a staffing ratio of 1:5-6, with support from nurse aides and remote monitor techs.
