Job Description:

Join Medical City Fort Worth as a Travel RN in Case Management and experience a rewarding assignment on the 5th Floor Neuro Step Down unit. In this role, you'll oversee patient discharges, coordinate care plans, and collaborate with a small team of one or two case managers or social workers. Typically working 8-hour days, this position allows you to focus deeply on patient needs without the chaos of patient care directly. Expect to work in Meditech and Careport electronic medical record systems. This unique opportunity lets you dive into structured case management in a hospital setting with approximately 20-30 patients per RN, offering a balanced workload that emphasizes organization and teamwork over high acuity tasks.
