Job Description:

Join this 10-week travel ICU assignment on the 4th floor of a busy hospital in Silverdale, WA. You'll work 12-hour night shifts providing care for a variety of critical patients, including those recovering from open heart surgery, post-interventional caths, and patients on advanced life support like CRRT and Impella. This role is ideal for experienced ICU RNs comfortable managing complex equipment and titratable drips, with at least 2 years of ICU experience. You'll collaborate with a dedicated team including in-house intensivists, pharmacists, RTs, and monitor techs, managing a mix of acuity levels and patient needs. Expect to float between floors and to the ER as needed, while following a self-scheduling process that balances weekend work. Your expertise will shine as you interpret monitors, manage medications, and contribute to a fast-paced critical care environment.
