Job Description:

Join our team as a cath lab technician for an exciting 13-week contract at a reputable healthcare facility in Peoria, Illinois. This role involves supporting cardiovascular procedures in a dedicated cath lab, where you'll scrub in, monitor hemodynamics, and assist circulating staff during approximately 10 to 15 cases daily. The shift consists of 10-hour days with rotating weekends and holidays, providing a balanced work schedule. Unique to this assignment, you'll gain experience with EPIC, PACS, and McKesson EMR systems, while collaborating closely with cardiologists who are on call 24/7. Prior cath lab experience is essential, with pediatric experience preferred but not required. Prepare to work in a well-equipped setting that emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and patient safety.
