Job Description:

Join a short-term acute care hospital in Walla Walla, Washington, for a 13-week therapy and rehabilitation contract. This role involves floating between units within a 104-bed Level III trauma center, where you'll work 8-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, five days a week. The position requires hands-on experience in acute care settings, with additional knowledge of IPR procedures considered a bonus. As part of this busy healthcare team, you'll need to be a dependable team player, adaptable to varying unit needs, and comfortable working with a patient load of approximately 8-9 to 1. No on-call duties are required, but rotating weekends are part of the schedule every 3-4 weeks.
