Job Description:

This RN role involves providing care on a specialized Medical Telemetry unit within a top-tier, magnet-designated hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. The assignment features 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), with a flexible 3x12 or 4x12 schedule, letting you choose what suits you best. You’ll be part of a unique co-care/virtual nursing model where bedside nurses collaborate with virtual RN colleagues to support patient needs. Your duties will include managing patients with colorectal, urological, gynecological, vascular, ENT, or wound issues, as well as those with cancer diagnoses, lung or heart conditions, diabetes, dementia, or substance use disorders. The role emphasizes collaborative care through a blend of onsite and virtual support, fostering an innovative working environment.
