Job Description:

Join our team as an RN in a Medical Telemetry/IMC setting at Maine Medical Center, situated in the vibrant city of Portland, Maine. This 13-week contract involves working 12-hour night shifts, providing a unique opportunity to experience the dynamic environment of a top-tier hospital’s IMC unit. You will interpret telemetry strips, manage ventilated patients, and perform tracheostomy care, all while floating between IMC and med/surg units based on unit needs. The role is perfect for RNs with 1-2 years of experience who thrive in collaborative teams and are comfortable handling acute medical cases such as respiratory failure, sepsis, and DKA. Your expertise in telemetry, ventilator management, and tracheostomy care will be vital to providing high-quality patient care during this engaging assignment.
