Job Description:

This critical care float RN position at Children's Hospital Colorado in Colorado Springs offers a unique opportunity to work across various units including NICU, PICU, and Med Surg. The 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM allow for an engaging experience caring for pediatric patients in a fast-paced setting that values adaptability and critical thinking. You will be responsible for managing complex cases, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring pediatric patients receive top-tier care in a dynamic environment. The assignment is scheduled for 13 weeks, with the possibility to work holidays and every other weekend, providing a well-balanced workload and planning flexibility.
