Job Description:

Join a reputable ICU nursing team at Yale New Haven Hospital and Saint Raphael Campus, where you'll float between two nearby facilities sharing a parking lot, with a convenient shuttle service. This travel assignment involves providing specialized ICU care across five ICU specialties and step-down units, including pulmonary step-down, on a rotating schedule. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with flexibility to float within your scope to meet patient care demands. Prior ICU experience of at least two years is required, but first-time travelers with the necessary credentials are welcome. Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIH is mandatory. This role offers guaranteed hours over a duration of 13 weeks, with an average weekly gross pay of approximately $2,720.40. The environment is fast-paced, with ratios of up to 1:3 in some units, ensuring a varied and engaging experience for the dedicated ICU RN.
