Job Description:

Join us for a rewarding 13-week travel RN contract in the Labor & Delivery unit of a welcoming hospital in Danville, Illinois. This role offers the opportunity to work night shifts (12 hours) in a busy maternity setting, managing a variety of cases including labor, antepartum, postpartum, and GYN surgical patients. You'll be responsible for supporting active labor patients with 1:1 ratios, and assisting in neonatal care within the nursery. Expect a blend of routine deliveries and emergency procedures, with the chance to apply your experience in managing labor patients and neonatal assessments. The unit is well-equipped with Cpap & HFNC in the nursery and occasional vents for transport, supported by a dedicated charge nurse and skilled surgical techs. This assignment provides a unique chance to expand your skills while experiencing the camaraderie of a close-knit team, all within a facility that values your expertise.
