Job Description:

Join our team for an exciting 13-week travel assignment supporting a busy telemetered unit in Fort Madison, Iowa. This role involves providing hands-on nursing care to geriatric, medical/surgical, and adult patients, with a focus on assessing, planning, and implementing patient interventions. You'll be responsible for self-studying telemetry strips upon acceptance and passing a basic dysrhythmia test during orientation. The shift consists of 12-hour days, giving you plenty of time to explore the area between shifts. Note: Candidates must be ACLS certified and experienced with Epic EMR in a similar unit within the last year. Floating to nearby campuses may be required, and on-call shifts could be assigned during periods of low census, with response needed within one hour.
