Job Description:

This Radiation Therapist role in Rapid City offers a unique opportunity to specialize in Radiation Oncology treatment using the state-of-the-art Varian True Beam machine. You'll be responsible for administering precise radiation treatments to patients battling various cancers such as lung, breast, brain, and head/neck, across outpatient and inpatient settings. The schedule features 10-hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, providing a structured yet flexible 14-week contract. Working alongside a talented team of physicists, oncologists, dosimetrists, and therapists, you'll benefit from a collaborative environment dedicated to advancing cancer care. The setting is outpatient-heavy, with an emphasis on advanced therapies like SRS, SBRT, and VMAT. Your expertise with Varian True Beam and Mosaiq will ensure accurate and efficient treatment sessions while providing a rewarding challenge for seasoned radiation therapists.
