Job Description:

Join our team as a PACU Registered Nurse on a vibrant assignment in San Francisco. This 13-week contract offers an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, high-acuity hospital setting where you'll provide specialized peri-anesthesia care for geriatric, adult, and adolescent patients. You'll be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and managing airway and pharmacological needs, ensuring smooth recovery from anesthesia. The role features a 10-hour rotating shift schedule, with no weekends, and the opportunity to float between campuses if needed — making it a flexible yet fulfilling experience.

Job Specifics:

Location: San Francisco, California. Shifts: 4 x 10-hour days from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM. Duration: 13 weeks, with an average of 40 hours per week. This role requires a minimum of two years PACU RN experience in a high-acuity hospital environment, along with CA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Experience with cath labs is preferred but not required. Flexibility to float between campuses is included to address staffing needs and census fluctuations.
