Join a flexible, fast-paced RRT float position that offers the opportunity to work across multiple hospital campuses in Marlborough, MA. This role involves providing respiratory therapy in a Level I facility with NICU experience preferred, and it especially suits professionals who enjoy a variety of clinical settings. You'll be part of a dedicated team delivering critical care during 12-hour night shifts, ensuring seamless patient support while floating to different locations as needed. Job Specifics:
Location: Marlborough, MA
Shift: Night, 12 hours (5:45 PM - 6:15 AM)
Duration: 13 weeks with an average commitment of 36 hours per week
This float respiratory therapy role involves working across multiple campuses, including Marlborough, University, and Memorial, with the flexibility to adapt to different clinical environments. Candidates must hold an active Massachusetts RRT license, have a minimum of 2 years of RRT experience, and possess documented critical care expertise. Previous NICU experience is preferred, but not mandatory. The schedule includes every other weekend off, offering a good balance of work and personal time.
