Job Description:

This contract role offers the opportunity to work as a highly experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) in a busy hospital setting, specializing in General Gynecology, Vascular, Thoracic, Orthopedics including total joints, Neuro/Head/Spine surgeries, and Trauma cases. You'll be integral to supporting surgical teams during complex procedures, often precepting new staff and utilizing DaVinci Robot technology. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts over a 13-week assignment, with a focus on maintaining a smooth surgical workflow and ensuring safety and efficiency in the operating room. This isn’t just about assisting; it's about showcasing your expertise in a fast-paced environment and making an impact on patient outcomes through your technical skill and professionalism.
