Join our team as an RN on a Telemetry unit in beautiful St. Louis, MO, for a 13-week travel contract. This role offers 12-hour night shifts, providing a unique chance to experience the city’s vibrant life while delivering critical patient monitoring and care. You'll be working with a variety of patients, including those with arrhythmias, CHF, and post-surgical needs, using advanced telemetry equipment and EMR systems. This assignment is perfect for a dedicated nurse with at least one year of tele or cardiac telemetry experience who enjoys a fast-paced environment and detailed assessment work. Location: St. Louis, MO
Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed, with additional hours available based on unit needs
This role involves monitoring cardiac telemetry, managing patients with arrhythmias, CHF, and post-surgical conditions, working with equipment such as lift devices, bladder scanners, and bipap monitors, and documenting in EPIC EMR. Responsibilities include assessment, patient monitoring, and collaboration with ancillary departments to ensure optimal patient care.
