Job Specifics:

Note: This role requires active Florida RN or multistate eNLC licensure, with at least 2 years of recent NICU or pediatric critical care experience. Candidates must have CERNER experience, BLS, and NRP certifications maintained throughout the contract. Expect to work most weekends with possible holiday shifts, but no on-call responsibilities. The position involves caring for neonatal patients, including conducting assessments, medication administration, and family education, in a high-acuity environment that demands professionalism and precision.
