Job Description:

Join a specialized neurosurgery unit as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, where you'll be part of a team caring for cranial and spinal surgery patients. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work nights on a 12-hour shift schedule, providing exceptional patient care in a well-respected short-term acute care hospital. The role involves managing pre- and post-operative neurosurgical patients, including those with lumbar and surgical drains, and navigating a scope of practice that excludes titrated drips, trached or laryngectomy patients, and arterial line management. Your expertise will contribute directly to patient recovery in our Level I Trauma Center and Magnet-recognized hospital.
