Job Description:

Join a fast-paced inpatient surgical unit in picturesque Fishersville, Virginia, where you'll play an essential role in caring for patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures. This 26-week travel contract offers 12-hour day shifts, providing a steady routine in a setting that values surgical experience and adaptability. The unit handles general, abdominal, urological, orthopedic, hysterectomy, mastectomy, spine, and bariatric surgeries, and occasional pediatric surgical patients aged 12 and above. Floating to other units is expected to accommodate patient needs, making flexibility key. This role presents a fantastic chance for experienced surgical RNs to immerse themselves in a bustling surgical environment, working closely with dedicated staff to ensure smooth operations and patient safety. The position features a weekly gross pay of approximately $1,935.50, with the opportunity to extend or adjust durations based on availability and mutual agreement.
