Job Description:

Join a fast-paced, engaging PCU float position in Fort Myers, where your experience with adult and geriatric patients will be put to good use. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour day shifts, giving you the chance to work with a diverse patient population while floating between sister campuses as needed. Expect to handle a patient ratio of 4 to 6:1, with responsibilities centered on supporting the core team in a specialized, adult-focused setting—no ED float involved. The role requires flexibility and expertise in adult/geriatric care within an Epic EMR environment, with prerequisites including BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and current FL/Compact RN licensure.
