Job Description:

Join our team on an exciting 13-week contract in Fort Myers, FL, working in a Float PCU position. This role is perfect for experienced PCU nurses with at least two years of relevant expertise. You’ll be providing care to adult and geriatric patients, managing a patient ratio of 4 to 6:1, and floating as needed across sister campuses. The shift is a 12-hour day schedule, offering a balanced workday in a supportive environment. A familiarity with Epic EMR, along with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications, is required. Additional details: Recent FL/Compact RN license required, with at least five years of experience or an accredited degree. Candidates must be flexible to float to sister campuses and adhere to the radius rule of 50 miles from the permanent address. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are necessary. All documentation must be submitted by Monday prior to the start date to ensure processing. RTO requests must be included at submission; no exceptions after this point.
