Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel nursing contract in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This role requires a skilled Med/Surg RN with at least two years of experience, including one year in a medical-surgical setting, and proficiency in IV starts, telemetry, and dysrhythmia interpretation. You'll be working night shifts of 12 hours, caring for primarily stroke and neuro patients, with opportunities to float to other Med/Surg/Telemetry units, including COVID care. The unit features a 4-bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and a daily census of 42 patients. This position offers a unique chance to develop specialized skills in neuro care while working in a supportive environment that values professionalism and expertise. Job Specifics:
