Job Description:

Join us for a 13-week travel contract in Phoenix, Arizona, working nights in a reputable healthcare facility. This role requires a dedicated RN to provide direct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during 12-hour night shifts. You'll be utilizing your expertise in evaluating patients' physical, psychological, social, and cultural needs, and contributing to quality care without the daily demands of long-term care settings. In this position, emphasis is placed on precise documentation, adherence to organizational policies, and evidence-based practice.
