Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is for an experienced ICU registered nurse caring for primarily general medical ICU patients, along with some surgical cases. You will manage critical care patients, titrate sedation and vasoactive medications, and work with ventilators, CPAP, BiPAP, and other oxygen-delivery modes. The unit has in-house daytime intensivist support, virtual intensivist coverage at night, and respiratory therapy available around the clock. Travelers may float within the regional network as needed, with additional compensation for certain floats. Every shift includes charge nurse support, and the schedule follows a consistent 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. pattern.
