Job Description

This 13-week travel Registered Nurse contract in Phoenix, Arizona, offers the opportunity to assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients in an acute care setting. Working 12-hour day shifts, you will develop patient-specific care plans, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, provide direct nursing care, evaluate responses to treatment and teaching, and revise care as patient needs change. The role also includes accurate clinical documentation, delegation and supervision of nursing support activities, patient and family education, and communication of patient status to physicians and other caregivers. A current RN license and BLS certification are required, along with recent acute care hospital experience.
