Job Description

Join a 13-week travel Registered Nurse contract in Phoenix, Arizona, working 12-hour day shifts. This role involves assessing patients, developing and updating individualized plans of care, providing direct nursing care, coordinating services, documenting clinical findings, and evaluating patient and family responses to treatment and education.
