Job Description

Join a 13-week travel contract as a CVICU Registered Nurse supporting critically ill cardiovascular patients on a night schedule. You will care for post-operative open-heart patients and patients experiencing conditions such as CABG recovery, aortic aneurysm repair, pulmonary embolism, cardiac arrest, heart failure, MODS, and sepsis. This assignment includes hands-on experience with CRRT, ECMO, IABP, Impella, Swan-Ganz catheters, arterial lines, central venous catheters, chest tubes, and bedside procedures. The expected ratio is 1:2, with floating within scope to other intensive care, PCU, ED, and PACU areas as needed. ACLS and BLS are required; CVICU experience is preferred, and first-time travelers may be considered.
