Job Description

Join a travel contract as an Operating Room Registered Nurse supporting a high-volume surgical service in Wausau, Wisconsin. This assignment calls for an experienced OR nurse who can circulate confidently in a large operating room program, with required experience in orthopedic, cranial neuro, and spine procedures. Trauma II experience and at least one previous travel assignment are required; scrub experience is preferred.

You will work variable 8-hour day shifts and participate in scheduled weekday and weekend call. Call responsibilities require a personal vehicle and the ability to arrive in the OR within 30 minutes. The role may include floating to nearby Central Wisconsin locations, assisting with downtime tasks, and adapting to changing surgical needs. AHA BLS, ACLS, and an active Wisconsin RN license are required.
