Job Description:

This travel contract is designed for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong cardiac telemetry and intermediate-care experience. You will care for patients recovering from cardiac and vascular procedures, managing arrhythmias, acute chest pain, heart failure, post-operative recovery, and complex medical conditions. The 44-bed cardiac step-down setting has high patient turnover and typically supports a 1:4 patient ratio. The 12-hour day shift runs from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with floating to other inpatient units as needed. Weekend and holiday coverage is scheduled every other occurrence. Required qualifications include a Wisconsin RN license, BLS, ACLS, recent EPIC charting experience, prior travel experience, and demonstrated familiarity with Amiodarone, Cardizem, and Nitro drips.
