Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is for a licensed RN providing direct care during 12-hour night shifts in Glendale, Arizona. The role includes assessing patients, developing and updating individualized care plans, administering treatments, reviewing diagnostic and laboratory information, documenting care, and evaluating patient progress. You will coordinate care with physicians and the broader healthcare team while providing education and support to patients and families. The assignment also includes appropriate delegation and supervision of licensed and non-licensed personnel, with opportunities to support orientation, mentoring, and unit-based quality improvement.
