Job Description:

This travel contract is for a step-down Registered Nurse supporting a DOU/PCU setting on night shifts. You will care for mostly medical-surgical patients with opportunities to work with telemetry patients and manage complex cardiac, neurological, and post-procedural needs. The assignment includes floating to the ARU and DOU within your scope of practice, caring for patients requiring telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips, central lines, post-cardiac procedures, neurological assessments, oxygen therapy, and other step-down interventions. Every-other-weekend coverage is required, with additional weekend shifts possible based on department needs. Required certifications include ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS.
