Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is designed for an experienced Neuro/Medical-Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse caring for neuro and neurosurgical patients, including those recovering from strokes, elective neck and back surgeries, and cerebral angiograms. You will perform focused neurological assessments, NIHSS screenings, dysphagia screens, basic telemetry interpretation, and careful intake and output monitoring. The role also includes managing drains, NG tubes, urinary catheters, blood products, venipuncture, blood cultures, and stable or titrated infusions such as heparin. You may float to support medical patients when needed. Expect a 12-hour night schedule, every-other-weekend and every-other-holiday coverage, and a team setting where your neuro expertise makes a meaningful difference.
