Job Description:

Join a travel healthcare assignment as a Case Manager supporting an emergency department readmission initiative in Fort Myers. You will work eight-hour day shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, helping coordinate care and reduce avoidable readmissions in an acute care setting. The assignment includes floating as needed, with travelers typically floating first and possible coverage at nearby sister campuses. Prior travel experience, acute care case management experience, and BLS certification are required.
