Job Description:

This travel contract is designed for a stepdown/PCU registered nurse caring for adult patients with complex medical and postoperative needs. The assignment includes monitoring patients requiring continuous BiPAP, low-dose vasopressors, neurological checks, ventilator support, cardiac infusions, emergency dialysis, and other high-acuity interventions. You will care for patients ranging from young adults through late adulthood while supporting conditions such as stroke, stable craniotomies, trauma, hyponatremia, rhabdomyolysis, and hyperkalemia. The 12-hour mids schedule provides a consistent rhythm for settling into your new assignment—and exploring Murfreesboro when your shift is complete.
