Job Description:

This travel assignment is for an experienced emergency department nurse supporting a high-volume Level II trauma center in Long Beach. You will care for patients across a busy emergency setting during 12-hour daytime shifts, using EPIC for documentation and collaborating with the department team to manage a broad range of urgent needs. The schedule is three 12-hour day shifts each week, with weekend coverage based on department needs. Nurses with recent experience in a large trauma center and an emergency department volume exceeding 90,000 visits annually will be well suited for this assignment.

Long Beach typically offers mild, comfortable days with plenty of sunshine and cooler evenings. Coastal breezes are common, so a light jacket can be useful when exploring the waterfront.
