Job Description:

This travel assignment is for an experienced Registered Nurse supporting medical-surgical and telemetry patients with an orthopedic focus in a short-term acute care, Level I Trauma setting. You will provide direct nursing care during 12-hour day shifts, manage complex orthopedic and oncology needs, monitor telemetry patients, administer medications, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team. Recent experience in orthopedics, oncology, large hospitals, Level I Trauma, and travel nursing is required. When you are off duty, Memphis offers plenty of opportunities to add music, food, and local culture to your assignment.

Memphis typically has mild-to-cool conditions around this time of year, with comfortable afternoons, cooler evenings, and occasional rain. Light layers and a rain jacket are useful for exploring the city between shifts.
