Job Description:

This 13-week travel healthcare contract in Cortez is seeking a Medical Laboratory professional to support a broad clinical laboratory operation. You will receive and prepare specimens, perform testing in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, blood banking, urinalysis, serology, and microbiology, and accurately document and report results. The assignment includes equipment maintenance, quality control, troubleshooting, blood product inventory, critical result notification, and specimen collection according to established procedures. With 12-hour day shifts, this role offers an extended daytime schedule and the opportunity to contribute across multiple laboratory disciplines—your multitasking skills will get plenty of exercise.
