Job Description:

This travel assignment is for an experienced stepdown nurse caring for post-surgical thoracic and medicine patients on 12-hour night shifts. Responsibilities include managing telemetry, interpreting and documenting patient rhythms, titrating medications such as Cardizem, Amiodarone, Dopamine, Nitro, Esmolol, Heparin, and Lasix according to provider-ordered parameters, and caring for patients requiring BiPAP or tracheostomy support. The assignment includes unit-specific orientation and a structured schedule with no call or standby requirement.
