Job Description:

This travel Registered Nurse assignment in Phoenix involves assessing patients, developing and revising individualized care plans, providing direct nursing care, coordinating services, and evaluating responses to treatment. You will document care thoroughly, review diagnostic and laboratory information, communicate changes to physicians and care teams, provide patient and family education, and delegate or supervise tasks as appropriate. The role supports patients across physical, developmental, cultural, psychosocial, spiritual, and discharge-planning needs in an acute-care setting.
