Job Description:

This 13-week travel nursing assignment in Phoenix offers the opportunity to assess patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, provide direct nursing care, and evaluate patient progress in an acute care hospital setting. You will collaborate with physicians and the broader healthcare team, coordinate care, supervise delegated activities, provide patient and family education, and maintain accurate documentation throughout each patient’s stay. The role includes 12-hour day shifts and calls for a nurse who can adapt to changing patient needs while supporting safe transitions and continuity of care.
