Job Description:

Join a progressive surgical unit in Richmond as a travel nurse providing care for patients recovering from complex procedures, including colon resections, liver and kidney surgeries, Whipple procedures, vascular cases, trauma, and medical overflow. You will monitor cardiac rhythms, administer narcotics, manage drains, wound vacs, central lines, and cardiac drips, and complete regular assessments and rhythm interpretation. This assignment offers a 12-hour night schedule, with opportunities to float to telemetry and medical-surgical units. Every other weekend is required, with overtime available.
